Scottie and I were talking about this, and we decided that he's helping me host this so he doesn't count against the limit. Of course he has to be there. We also decided that he would also get five guests. I said he could post a post in his, but he said that he probably wouldn't so I could just post it here. xD We also said I could post the guest list mixed up so that people could guess who was on who's list, but then I wouldn't be able to post my reasons.

And I'm assuming that this doesn't allow for characters, or gods, or stuffs like that.

I would also like to invite Shakespeare (or Marlowe, or whoever the hell wrote those plays) because 1) I quite like Shakespeare (I took classes on it and everything at university before I even knew Hiddles existed, so I can be all hipster Hiddlestoner) and 2) Hiddles is a huge nerd about Shakespeare (as he says) and it would be amazing to see him geek out over that.

I would also like to invite Wil Wheaton because I think he is awesome and I love Tabletop. Or possibly Chris Hardwick. It would be amazing to have both at the same time, but my table is full. I think that either of these would work well with the peope at the table. Hardwick might be a slightly better fit but I'm not sure.

I also really would like to invite Stan Lee (our Generalissimo!) and Joss Whedon, but uuuuuugh I don't have spaaaaace. It turns out that if I have to invite more people there are actually a few people that I would want...

So I got my fangirl gathering here. Scottie's is a bit less silly.

He decided on Jesus, Buddha, Muhammad- because all of those people together would be very interesting.
Then he thought about a scientist to invite and decided on Neil Degrasse Tyson.
Then with his last spot he wasn't sure. He wanted a good bridge between my guests and his.
It was a toss up between Jon Stewart and Nathan Fillion. He was thinking that Jon Stewart would be really cool, but since he is a browncoat he had to go with Fillion.

Then I will go with my slightly more fantastical table!
I choose Hiddles and the rest of the seats will be filled by....

Funnily enough I was watching the most recent episode of Suburgatory and that was all about proposals.

The proposal at the end was SO CUTE. I also love that Dahlia walked by with her number while texting.

I think I have wedding stuffs on the brain because that sort of stuff is going on in my RP too. WEDDINGS. WEDDINGS EVERYWHERE.

I also watched a bit of TV tonight! I finally got to watch the Avengers Assemble special, and it was amazing! There was a fair amount of Hiddles and Loki clips, and that always is a good thing. x3

But not just that, all the Marvel squee in general! I was so excited to see all the clips (I mean, I'd seen a lot of the clips or heard the stories before because I troll youtube like, well like the fangirl I am, but I still loved it eeee <3)
I especially liked being able to share it with Scottie, because he's a fan while I'm a fanatic. There's a difference. ehehehe It was exciting to share how adorkable Clark Gregg is, and for Scottie to see the mastermind Feige, and everything else. x3
Though I couldn't help but be annoyed by the lady that said "Loki is the villian you love to hate and hate to love" (I think, I'm tired).

Hating Loki isn't even in the realm of my world, and I have exactly zero problem with my Loki love. I know that I can't speak for all of Loki's Army, but I'd imagine that's not an uncommon thing? So I feel like she kinda missed the point of all the fan love Loki has. Also I get annoyed by having that sort of put in my mouth. (This is a pet peeve of mine that includes a lot of things including a ton of assumptions about girls and comic book movies and Loki just grumble grumble grumble. xP)
But back to the awesome!
Also something that was awesome about the show- it sold Scottie on Guardians of the Galaxy! I think he might have also gotten more excited about Winter Soldier. For GotG I was sold on it immediately, but Scottie hadn't seen much about it and so wasn't as sure. I'm even more sold on Winter Soldier.
I'm really excited about all the upcoming movies! I'm most excited about whenever Loki 3 starts filming, but you know how I am. xD

Scottie had fun with me squeaking at him again. I asked him if I was speaking fangirl when I'd been talking about the Marvel cartoons, but said that if it was fangirl it would probably make more sense (it should at least have words geeking out about stuff!), he said it was broken fangirl. I just get so excited I just start squeeing. lol

ANYWAY. So that was awesome. Scottie said he felt bad it had taken so long to watch it, but I knew we needed to move some of the other stuff off of the DVR first since that particular show wasn't going anywhere. n_n

Let's see, we also watched an episode of Face-Off, we're still an episode behind still though. We watched the Willy Wonka episode.

I wasn't surprised that the plant sent the girl home, it turned out really really poorly. Sad that the show is a sausage fest now though.
I wasn't sold on the little guys alien looking thing. I still don't know anyone's names I am doomed this season. It made me think of Jar Jar Binks in a way, and that's not really a good thing.
I reall liked the black and white two sided make-up, but like Scottie said the lack of colour was an odd choice.
I am really glad that the wormy make-up won! That guy is my favorite, so I'm happy for him.

I also watched the first episode of Jim Henson's Creature Challenge. That was an interesting show. I don't like it as much as Face-Off, but it was interesting.

I need to change my icons this weekend. I need moar Hiddles~

I have a dentist appointment tomorrow. I don't like the dentist but at least it's just a cleaning/check-up.

I started this post last night, I wish I had finished it then. There's kind of a lot with today and tomorrow smushed together. n_n'

Tonight I continued my Loki sculpt. I spent a lot of time working on his nose, shaping the cheekbones, brow, eye, and starting to get the other side of his face started. I am really pleased with how it's coming so far. n_n' It needs a lot of work of course, but still happy with the progress.

Scottie and I watched the most recent episode of Grimm last night. It was rather interesting!
I loved that they brought the main vampire actor from Being Human (US) to play a Blutbad... which is a werewolf. Scottie said that he might have wanted to do it for sheer irony. lol I also have to say I like that actor even more after seeing him on Tabletop gaming. (If you don't know Tabletop, it's a youtube show on the geekandsundry channel, hosted by Wil Wheaton) I had to geek out when he was playing a role playing game on there, and talking about being a DM in games he does normally. I like that he's a gamer. He's one of us. xD
More spoilery things under a spoiler cut:

First off, Scottie and I both wanted those girls to die, who'd snagged the Blutbad character from the circus. That was so rapey. He was obviously not capable of consent because he was under the influence of something and they weren't taking no for an answer. He clearly wasn't interested either. I am glad that they showed something like that though because guys can get raped and a lot of people just think of it as a joke. It isn't.
I am glad that it turned out that he hadn't actually killed the girls himself, he had enough issues he was going to have to deal with, without having to have that blood on his hands too.

I thought the show itself was interesting. At the beginning of the show, Scottie and I thought the cake was sooooo cute. Aw, the little Blutbad and Fuchsbau cake toppers... of course, then there was blood and that wasn't so cute because it was Nick's nightmare, but still. n_n'
I thought the idea of Wesen being exploited in a sideshow circus was an interesting thought. It makes sense that there could be something like that in that universe.

Also, Rosalee was so pretty in the carnival outfit. I thought it was AMAZING when she showed up at the end of the episode dressed in it for Monroe for fun sexy times just for them.
I love Rosalee and Monroe. They are so cute. T_T

Adalind's baby is scary. I think it's awesome. lol

Also, I'd been talking about wanting to watch the Marvel cartoons because I kept seeing gifs and things about it on tumblr. I kept not seeing it on tv though, and so I kept forgetting to put it recording. Scottie, being the amazing man that he is, found it and set up a series recording for me. I watched the first couple of episodes of Avengers Assemble and Hulk's Agents of S.M.A.S.H. last weekend and I thought they were fun. But then, this weeks episodes.
IT WAS ALL ASGARD I WAS SO HAPPY.
First off I watched Avengers Assemble, and it was All-Father's Day. So you might imagine who they meant when they said "All-Father". I was geeking out so hard over that episode. I was like "I wish it had Loki, but otherwise eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" By the bristling beard of Odin indeed. ehehehe
And then Agents of SMASH. The episode was called "For Asgard".
THERE WAS LOKI! Loki, my precious god of mischief. xD
After that went off I was just making high pitched squees for a while (so speaking fangirl). Scottie asked me what I thought and I just started squeeing at him as if they were actual words (erm, they weren't, but he thought it was cute) and flailing. ehehehe
It wasn't Hiddles!Loki, but Loki himself is still my favorite character of anything so yeah. I was excited.
They're still on the DVR, because Scottie is amazing and understands my insane fangirling means I need to squirrel all Loki and Hiddles things away forever.

Of course, I was super excited about seeing this! I watched it on it's first showing this morning for it's live global broadcast. I was wibbley so often, and it was very funny, and epic, and just AMAZING. xD

Ok, I'm probably not making THE MOST sense here, but I've been feeling pretty sick (I think I've come down with something) so it's hard for me to get my thoughts together.

So I didn't get a lot of sleep last night, or the night before, or... not sure when I actually slept well last exactly. I was considering going to sleep earlier... but then I put on the Hollow Crown on PBS because I wanted to see if the HD made things even shinier. (I'm going to have to compare later, I have it on the DVR).

So then I watched it all the way through again. Much flailing and fangirl squealing was to be had. I'd wanted to hold off on talking too much about it previously since I knew it wasn't going to be on tv until tonight. :3

I should have gone to sleep then, but since it went off I've just been bopping around the apartment because of all the fangirl feels. lol

I think I'm also slightly (slightly? loooool) delirious from lack of sleep, but hey, at least I'm having fun?

I did some writing on my book, yay for inspiration! I still have a lot of plotbunnies to get in my book, but I don't think I'm really going to have time to write until November because I have so much stuff going on lol. I think I might do nano again this year?

There's a couple of things I want for my Monster High photoshoot, one might be more difficult than I was expecting to get. One thing is just an art supply so that should be easy enough. The other is a doll, which I didn't think would be as hard to find as it seems like it's going to be.

I also looked for Loki!boots again tonight. Still no luck. Well, that's not exactly true. There was a really neat boot that Scottie found for me. I went to go look for a slightly bigger size since that boot was a bit small looking for me. I then realized that they were kid's boots. I have bought kids shoes before, but they were still a bit small. I'M NOT KIDDING WHEN I SAY I'M SMALL. xD
I'm going to need like platform stillettos to be big enough. ~~Let's just ignore the fact that shoes like that would probably just make me average hieght maybe~~
I also found a REALLY, REALLY awesomely perfect looking boot. But they were $70, which is outside of my budget. xP It's possible that they were terribly uncomfortable or wouldn't have even fit, I didn't actually try them on since I wasn't going to buy them. But my quest for Loki!boots continues. xP

In my headcanon, Twyla and Spectra were destined to be friends since the first time I saw Twyla! xD I haven't seen anything with Twyla in it yet, so I don't know how this actually would work. lol But I decided I'd take my pictures of my new bb with Spectra. :3

I was going to take pictures outside, but it was cloudy. It also started to rain, and the wind was really kicking up. I was afraid that we were going to have another windstorm like we did last fall, the one that kicked out my power for a couple days. So far it's not that bad. lol

In other news, on Friday I went with Scottie to a Halloween ball planning meeting for the wiccan group we're looking to become a part of. They want to do a Halloween semi-formal costume ball, and us witches should come dressed as, well, witches.

The first thing that I thought of was LOKI IS TOTALLY A MAGIC USER I CAN BE LADY LOKI. Somehow I don't think that Loki's horned helmet is exactly what they meant by a pointy hat... but what can I say?

And the pointy hat thing was more of a suggestion, since they said we could also come as zombies or whatever. I'm still following a magical theme! And of course, *points up at gif*

I said Scottie could dress as regular Loki. This is what came to mind...

I don't think he's going to do that, but we're not actually sure what he'll want to do. We'll see.

I'm also not sure exactly which Loki I want to be. Avengers Loki? Thor Loki? Which costume out of those? Comic book Lady Loki? I'm probably not going to do kid Loki or comic book Loki.

It just seems so perfect... because I was actually wanting to make a costume for the ~~Loki 2~~ Thor 2 premiere... And I wanted to do a costume for the work Halloween costume contest (WHICH HOW COULD I BE ANYTHING OTHER THAN LOKI). So uhm, that would be like three times that I'd wear the costume within a couple of weeks? lol There's also a local con sometime this fall that I could go to. I've never been to a con before, but I've always wanted to!

When I was originally thinking about doing this, one part of my brain was saying "But I'm not tall enough/thin enough/imposing enough/whatever enough to pull this off" but the much larger part of my brain was like "THIS IS LOKI WE'RE TALKING ABOUT I DO WHAT I WANT." I think Loki is a good influence on me.

Now... I do a lot of figure sculpting, and I've even made some doll clothes. But I've never made a costume before? I'm not sure how this should work. Scottie had some AMAZING ideas, but I'm not sure if we'll have the time/money to pull them off. Maybe on a different year? Scottie has made clothing for both of us though, so he actually knows what he's doing. I hope that I'll be able to do more than just Kermit flail at the project. n_n'

Anyway, I'm REALLY EXCITED about this idea and I have NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING. What could go wrong? xD

I also am considering dying my hair black with indigo. I've only ever hennaed my hair though, I've never even considered going black! I've actually been meaning to get henna to do my hair again, but I'm so torn because I also want to do black (I'd still have to henna first for the indigo to take though, so I guess that doesn't change). I did Dark Willow one year for Halloween, and I did non-perm black hair. I was trying to find a picture of it to see what I looked like but I couldn't find anything. It's probably all back with my family in MI, boo.

Another thing that I'm concerned about though is that I am currently losing weight, so if I make a costume now I'm going to be smaller by Halloween. I'm not sure how to plan for that. Plus, I'd rather make a costume that I'd be able to use more than one year?

I got really inspired to do another project! I know, I'm not done with the pony yet, but this one will be quick and I did do some brainstorming today on how I want to do the mane and tail. Now I know what I'm going to do, which is good!

But I digress. I started a new jewelry project tonight. xD I should be able to finish it up tomorrow. I started kind of late but I might have even been able to finish it tonight, except that I had to wait for glue to dry in part of the armature and then when I sat down I realized how sleepy I was.

I took a couple of pictures of Ghoulia with the stuff so far. Fine glitter was added after these pictures were taken, and it looks really nice! (The necklace isn't strickly supposed to have glitter, but I think it's a nice touch and probably will allow me to wear them without people being completely confused by my fashion choices. Erm, maybe. lulz)

Ghoulia gets to be the muse for this project, I thought she was most appropriate. :3

I have one larger one, a smaller one (I'd actually meant it for it to be a bit smaller, but I'm ok with the size I ended up with), and one MH sized.

Tomorrow I'll have to make the rings, get bits in for them to hang on, then bake them. I'm sort of ridiculously excited about it. lol
