Sculpting challenge: Day 41! Also, a little bit of other stuff

So I didn't get as much sculpting done today as I meant to. I was in the middle of sculpting and something came on Warehouse 13 that really bothered me and I was like 'whelp, there went that' and I put everything away. It's better to wait until I'm not upset so that I don't mess something up!

But what I did get done was sculpting the front legs together and attaching the feet. I also started sculpting the back feet, and got the lower back legs started. It doesn't sound like I got a whole lot done, but man those front feet are fiddley. The toes don't want to behave at all. xP I'm not sure if it would have been easier to do in Super Sculpey, since it is slightly different and I'm more used to how the Super Sculpey behaves. It's not a big deal though.

In other news, today me and Scottie went to a farmers market this morning. We saw a little girl sing Adele very well considering her age! I was impressed because she had some real talent. I'd love to hear her once she's older!

Another thing we saw were some prize winning satin rabbits from this years fair. There was a mom and her babies just hanging out on top of their cage. The owner said we could pet them. Scottie held a baby and we petted it and OMG IT WAS SO CUTE. It was so docile and the fur was so soft. Then the woman told us that the bunny actually gets thicker and softer fur as it gets older. I'm not entirely certain why the bunnies were there, to just show them off I guess? I didn't see a price tag or anything. I would have loved to have taken one home, but that's probably something that we should wait until we're moved elsewhere before we take that on. We have the ferrets and that's probably as many fuzzy semi-caged animals that we should have. But still. SO CUTE.

Oh, don't worry! If we got rabbits they'd be properly separated. That's one of the reasons that I don't think that we should have rabbits until later when we have a bigger place. Right now we live in an apartment so there's not as much space as I'd like to have for everything.

But the bunny was so adorbs I couldn't help daydreaming about having rabbits! We've talked about having them, and I even have a rabbit when I was a teenager for a while (until my mom decided she didn't want a rabbit in the house anymore as she was prone to do) so I've had some experience with taking care of one.

It was one of those things where a villain has one of the good guys and wants information. It was worse because it was an unnamed good guy that was captured so she died. It's just something that always bothers me (I'm actually bothered by Saw commercials, I can't imagine ever watching those movies without being scarred for life!). It certainly bothers me more than your average person, I'm not sure why because I know for these things it's fiction and everyone is ok. Possibly because I know that people really do these sorts of things so I can't divorce my mind entirely from it.

I've seen all of warehouse 13 so far minus tonights new episode so I'm trying to figure out which one it was. Also, yeah saw is wow. I haven't been able to sit through it, but I guess why they keep making them and do so well is because of the fact that people like scary shit and since it could possibly happen it makes it 10x more freakier

Ah, I wasn't sure if you watched Warehouse 13 or not so I was being intentionally vague. I'm behind on the show myself because it comes on while I'm at Pilot for most of it. Last summer I didn't have my day off on the day that Warehouse 13 came on, so I'm catching up on it now on Netflix. (I'm so glad that I'm not at Pilot anymore!)

It's the episode from last season with that FBI woman, the Regents, and the flamey doorknob.

It's probably silly that I'm so bothered by fictional suffering when I have so much real blood on my hands. xP Wooo science. Actually that might be part of it too. I never was this easily triggered in the past!
