Sculpting challenge update: Day nineteen, twenty, and twenty one

So I ended up doing so sculpting on the basset hound on the days leading up to Christmas, but I had come down with something so I didn't really have the energy to post about it. I did the sculpting though at least! I got the head base sculpted and body base sculpted. I still have to do the majority of the detail work on both as well as sculpting the legs. I actually sculpted the head base twice, which is one of the reasons it took me a few days to get the bases both done. The first time I started sculpting the head it ended up being a bit too wedge shaped and I didn't like it very much. The night I had sculpted the first head Scottie had been suggesting that I just relax since I was loopy from whatever bug I had, but I was bound and determined to sculpt anyway. The next day I looked at it I was like :/ what in the world did I do there? Next time Scottie suggests that I just take it easy because I'm sick I should listen, because it never actually turns out well when I plunge ahead anyway and I end up redoing it. lol :P

But the day after Christmas everything went downhill because of the previously mentioned money problems, and I turned into an insane ball of stress that was applying to everything and anything to be a second job, trying to get loans (and being rejected for one reason or another), and trying to get the expected money to come in anyway somehow, among other things. Sculpting really wasn't in the cards!

I'm still not really up for sculpting, but hopefully soon! n_n' Once everything is in order (it's still not) I'll be able to. I still have the dog chilling in the fridge. Soon puppy, you will be finished!
