Deep fried watermelon?

Oh yes! We had the cooking channel on randomly and there was a Carnival Eats show that had someone who sold deep fried watermelon, so Scottie decided to try it. xD

The guy on tv did his in a tempura batter, but Scottie just did his with a quick pancakey batter coating.

It was interesting. xD Both of us decided that we'd just prefer to just eat the watermelon as is, but it was fun to try, and tasty. x3
