Lost Girl ramble, what NCIS character am I, twitter RP

So I finally caught up on Lost Girl for our schedule (watched Destiny's Child and Waves). Thoughts on them under a spoiler cut.

I've been liking the second half of the season much more than the first half I think. It started to feel more like the show used to. Also the shows seem less confused.
Yesterday I'd said "I've decided to just ship Bo with everyone", dear show I meant that with existing characters, not someone completely new! We haven't even figured out the previous loves, though it seems like they are finally settling out. That doesn't mean we need to add a new wrench in the mix!
That said, I was all set to hate on the Wanderer, but so far I don't. By the end of Waves I reverted back to 'I'll just ship Bo with everyone- yeees even the new guy'. I hope that he isn't actually evil.
I'm curious as to where they're going to go with this. I kind of feel like they set up the show to go one way, and decided on this Riener character later and changed direction. Which is ok, but the whole beginning of the season was so muddled, that could be part of the reason.

Something I'd wanted to blog about from this morning. We were talking about NCIS characters, and I forget exactly how it came up, but Scottie said that he was a mix of Gibbs (for mannerisms and carpentry, etc), DiNozzo (for love of old movies), and McGee (for computer geekiness). While watching the show, I've totally said 'and here is where Gibbs is like my cutie' ehehehe
I agreed with his assessment. I asked him who I would be and without missing a beat he immediately said Ziva. I think that's rather apt. lol He said also maybe a bit of Director Jenny Shepard.
I said I had to blog that since I thought they were neat observations. xD

Twitter RP is so much fun. I remember why I used to do this all the time. n_n Though I have to be amused when random people favorite or retweet parts of RP with my partner, because I used to do this over IM and that didn't have an audience.
Have a gratitious gif of a swimming Hiddles, which actually is somewhat related to something that happened.

This has nothing to do with the fact that I just like to look at it.
More seriously though, these little notes are actually useful to me personally, since I'm not shipping my RP tweets or anything.

I need to get back to my sculpting, I don't know what happened this week. No, wait, I do. Work has been so weird the last couple of days and my schedule kinda just went right out the window because of it. So I've been getting home later and so less time to do things.

Reiner is pretty, I do enjoy Kyle Schmid.

Still frustrated with the Lost Girl season as a whole. They had a short season and clearly mapped out nothing so it started off muddled exactly as you said and there's no excuse for sloppy show running like that in a fourth season.

Spoiling you not at all but looking forward to reading your thoughts as you go on.

I have mixed feelings on Lost Girl. Same with Orphan Black. I feel like I'd really enjoy them both if I actually sat down and watched something, but at the same time, I dunno. Also, I'm smack in the middle of Hannibal right now, and one marathon at a time.

It is! I love the show, I really do! This most recent season to this point hasn't been the strongest, but that is due in part to the lead actress working around a pregnacy. Even then though, I've been enjoying it. :3

lol, that's too funny! I think it's especially funny because I doubt that my mentioning of it has anything to do with whatever else anyone is talking about it. xD We watch syndicated episodes, not the new shows as they come out, so my viewing of it is kind of all over the place. xD We were just randomly talking about it for some reason because we like the show. lol

You should check it out! It's an interesting show. :3

ehehehe, I am so amused by that! xD I'm sure the reason that they're talking about has nothing to do with why I was posting about it! (Maybe a new episode came out? I just catch syndicated episodes. lol)

It's a long running series, it's been renewed for it's 12th season. lol It's a bit like CSI or Bones or something like that, but it's the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.

I know, right? I felt like they hadn't really thought through where they were going but weren't actually pulling off the winging it part at all. :P And then Scottie was reading some reviews that talked about stuff that had been cut out of the show to be aired here (for time, not content) and that made me flail around because 1) the stuff sounded awesome and 2) stuff already didn't make sense in other episodes we didn't need to lose content on top of that. e_e

I'll certainly be posting my thoughts as it goes! I'm currently all caught up, so now it's just waiting for the rest to air. :3

I've not watched Orphan Black, but it does look interesting. I'd recommend Lost Girl though. :3

I understand though, I have so many shows that I'm trying to watch that it's hard to start in on new things even if I know that I'd like them. :P
