Sculpting challenge 120! Also, new animes. :3

So tonight I put ears on the last figure without ears, and I did some further sculpting on one of the girl's faces. :) I also took pictures of all the girls, including the two I sculpted on last night. I like the elf ears lol. It was tempting to put elf ears on one of the others.

I need to do some more sculpting on her face, but what I've done I think has done a lot of good. There were some small things that I knew I needed to work on, but for some reason it was so much easier to see them when there were ears on the head. lol


I also started watching some of the anime that Netflix had recommended from what we'd watched so far. Also, one random one I saw in recently added. So first I watched the first episode of Squid Girl. It looked like it would be ridiculous, and it was. I think I'll watch the rest of it, even if it is a bit punny. It wasn't what I was in the mood for though!

Then I started to watch High School of the Dead. Which is basically your standard zombie movie set in your standard Japanese anime high school. That's alright but not quite what I was in the mood for. I was getting stroooong Walking Dead vibes from it, which isn't a bad thing. We're thinking of watching it in a non-marathony way since from the first episode it's pretty dark.

Then I started to watch Kaze no Stigma. That's more what I was in the mood for! It's not too dark, there's magic, there's some sillyness. I like it so far! I'm like 3 or 4 episodes into that now actually. lol

I will have to watch the zombie one lol. I just watched Angel Beats. I laughed so hard during one of the episodes OMG. I was trying to explain it and the only one that thought it was funny was my brother lmao.

Episode 5: Favorite Flavor. I WAS DYING. Their distractions and arguments about who was going to distract everyone was killing me.

Maybe! We(me and my brothers), all watch anime but I think it would be funny to people that don't watch anime lol.

I've not watched a lot of Anime but feel I should watch more - any recommendations? I've seen Avatar and also Sailor Moon back in the day - but that's really it.

Your sculptures are looking so amazing! I can't wait to see them totally done!

Well, one of my most favorite animes is Full Metal Alchemist. :D I only watched the subbed version though, I love the Japanese voice actors but I really don't like the english voice actors. n_n' There's a reboot of the series that's supposed to follow the manga more closely called FMA: Brotherhood that I'm also really excited to watch but I haven't had a chance yet. It's actually on Netflix but it's only in english, so I have to wait to get a hold of the Japanese audio.

Other favorites I have are Kenshin, Stelvia, Crest of the Stars, Blood+, Fruits Basket, Magical Lyrical Girl Nanoha... I could go on and on lol.
