Sculpting challenge: Day 97! Also, ferret photos!

I did some sculpting tonight but I didn't take pictures or anything yet because I don't think there was enough to warrant a pic. I worked a bit more on the eyes and cheekbones of the girl, and I started sculpting the brows and worked a bit on the bridge of the nose. It's coming along. :3 I also worked on the male head in the same areas.

So the other night Gwin was curled up in the bottom of the mesh tower sleeping on a fuzzy pink scarf. I thought it was really cute so I took a couple of pictures! Tonight Scottie gave the ferrets a bath and I took pictures! I don't have those uploaded yet but I'll probably do that tomorrow. :3

Aww! Ferrets!

I'd imagine trying to bathe a ferret is not a fun experience. Do they like water?

It's actually not too bad! They do try to climb out of the bathtub but they just slide back in. xD They were actually pretty chill during the bath too, Scottie didn't get clawed up or anything. The first time we bathed them I got a couple of scratches on my arm but it was just because I wasn't being careful enough and he started to try and climb up my arm to get out. Now that it wasn't quite as new of an experience they seemed less nervous about it.

Some ferrets like water. Chaos is silly because he'll go and splash water all over himself from the water bowl until he's soaked, but if you go and put him in water he's all like OMGWATERLETMEOUT!

It actually was pretty chill, I was surprised! I think it helped that we did the bathtimes separately though! xD

I've been fascinated by ferrets for years now. Would like to get one, but Alex is very allergic to cats and I read that most people who can't tolerate cats are also allergic to ferrets, so I don't think we can ever have one :(

That's too bad that Alex is allergic! I wouldn't be surprised if someone allergic to cats would also be allergic to ferrets. :(

I'm not sure we're allowed pet ferrets here in NZ, but they seem like they'd be neat pets to have.
