milleniumgypsy | Sculpting challenge: Day 37!

So I finally got back to my fox sculpt! I've had the head chilling in the fridge since before I left for Pilot, and I had the body base in a drawer. I finally decided to get back to that today!

I got the head attached to the body and sculpted a lot of the ruff, and some shoulder area. Then I added some more to the head. I still need to do a bit more sculpting on the head and body, and I need to make and sculpt on the ears. I'm really happy with how it's turning out though so far!

I also made the leg and tail armatures, and I sculpted the tail and totally furred it. I got the front and hind legs base sculpted, I just need to work a bit more on getting the shape more refined, and to sculpt the paws. Once I finish the leg sculpt I'll bake those and the tail, because they need to be baked before I bake the rest of the sculpture together.

It felt good to get back to sculpting! I have tomorrow off so I'll have to try and sculpt more tomorrow. I might even finish it, but that might be a bit much. We'll see!
