You're well within your right to ask them to be taken down. I think she is rude for not. If her myspace is RL friends and such only maybe a compromise can be reached where she puts those pictures as friends only. That's how I have my pictures on there and that's what I use my myspace for.
I have e-stalkers looking at my flickr photos and coming up with nasty bullshit to tell people about my boyfriend and I based on photos I have up there. I don't want to live my life in fear of what some ho is going to say about me so I leave them up.
