Wooo Mothers day
May. 11th, 2014 01:57 amGeez I haven't posted in a couple of days. That's out of character for me! I'm glad my tweets ship, at least you know I'm alive if you see those!
So anyway, it's Mother's Day tomorrow (well, today, because it is past midnight but still). Seeing stuff about that put a damper on an otherwise rather nice day.For those new here, my gramma was my Frigga and I easily explain my family with Loki's, except before TDW I could say "But at least Loki still has his Frigga!" and then there went my heart. (That whole bit after she died... was really easily reflected in the events in my own life.)
Will I dream of you now?
At least those obnoxious mothers day ads will stop. It's just a constant stab in the feels. Scottie and I are both products of poor family environments, and neither of us talk to our mothers. (Mother is Odin!) And my gramma used to send me mothers day cards because I had so much responsbility for raising my siblings, and my gramma was my mother figure. And she's gone.
Blaaaaaah stupid holidays. I need to go to bed. *facepalms*
