( Full question and answer from the editorial )Now, I understand that dumping more neopoints into the economy doesn't help the problem of inflation, it makes it worse. I'm also glad that they don't want to be heavy handed, and I would be annoyed if they made a cap on how much something could be sold for.
What really annoyed me was the snow faerie bit. Back in the day she would give out draik morphing potions for doing her quests (oh, how I wish I did her quests back then!!), and they remember the cost of a draik morphing potion going down to 200k nps! They made it sound like it was this horrible thing. Now, I remember mps going for 150k on the trading post, and at the time that was a lot of nps for me! I'd already been playing for a long time too. But it didn't seem impossible to think you could have one. I get the 'it's rare and special', but is it really that bad for it to be more attainable for people? I agree that they shouldn't be easy to get... but because they're 'rare' and expensive, there are an awful lot created for pet trading.
It just made me irritated.
