Well

I've decided that I am going to buy an Apple iBook. I was really getting frustrated by things as I was googling for information about them, and finding all the negative stuff. However, not everything I found was recent and of course, I was only finding the negatives. What I wanted to find was a larger base of people who had expirience with iBooks, an in particular, the newer ones. So last night I had the bright idea to look on here for communities that might be relavent to my search. I found appleworld and iBook. I was especially excited to find iBook, because the people on there have iBooks. And there are close to 1000 members... So that would be a good place to see how they are working right? I got a lot of replies to my post there and most people who had newer models don't have problems with the power cords because they were fixed to a point. And since I'm not hard on my things I think I'll be ok. If nothing else, I could get a power cord from a 3rd party manufacturer with a stronger cord and be ok.

Other older issues that I was worried about seem to be resolved as well.

Also, I was a little worried about the screen size being to small but I looked online and found comparison pictures of the iBook to other notebooks and I'm satisfied that the screen size is fine for me. Soo... I'm buying an iBook once I know the money that I put in the bank is available to use with the card. hehe :D
