I'm no longer unemployed. I'm going to work at IGA (grocery store, fyi) as a cashier. I'm doing training tomorrow from like 9 am to noon-ish. However, I have no way to get home because mom works from 11 to 8 (and I thought she had the day off. Not that I would have said anything different when he asked if I could start working tomorrow had I known mom worked. Something will get figured out, it always does.
Funny how things work out though, I got a call at 9 am this morning asking if I could come in to an interview, and if things had worked out differently I wouldn't have been home to get the call. I was down Carrie's camp yesterday, and we were going to stay down there overnight but then her dad called and wanted us to come back home and help some guy unload this thing off of his truck. We had been down there since 10 am and he wanted us back at 7 pm, so we did. Carrie had to work in the morning anyway, so we came back. We get there and the guys never show up. *rolls eyes* So we made dinner at her house, went and got ice cream, then went and saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at 9:40 pm. That movie was so funny! xD I loved it, and so did Carrie. We both loved the original movie when we were kids too. Carrie and me loved Johnny Depp's portrayl of Willy Wonka. He had such funny mannerisms. hehe
However, I didn't get much sleep last night because mom put a note on the computer saying 'The computers not working!!' Considering she was still awake when I got home I would have liked it if she had told me the computer wasn't working, for one I could have put it scanning for virii while I was walking the dog at least. But instead, I started looking into what was wrong with the computer at 2 am. -_-
So at the moment, I'm kinda crabby because I'm just tired. I did stuff with the computer for a while, then fell asleep on the couch til past 5 am (which is never good, I don't sleep well there), then went to sleep, I got a phone call at 9 am and then mom came and sat in my room talking and talking and talking about this and that even though she could see I was trying to go back to sleep. Then I almost fell back asleep and she dragged me downstairs to look at the computer again. Then she said I could sleep until 10... arg. My sleep has been quite sparse and broken for quite a while now... it's getting to me... -_-
