Well, Carrie just went home. She came over last night too, and yesterday we went out to eat at Slims Cafe. We've started watching Rose Red, and so far we've watched 3/4 of it I think. I think it's 5 hours total, and we have an hour and a half left. She would have stayed and watched the rest of it, but her dad wants her home earlier than what she's been coming home at, which is stupid, but she didn't feel like getting into another screaming match. So she'll be coming over tomorrow to watch the rest of the movie. It's a good movie, and it's really nice to have Carrie home again, so we can hang out.
It was funny though when she left, cause we went outside and I brough Gesunt out with us. Well, he started growling and barking at something off in the dark behind her truck, and me and Carrie were like o.O. We put the dog in (yeah, prolly would have been good to keep him out but I didn't want him running off) and were like 'do you see anything?' *strains looking into dark* No... not really... but he doesn't act like the for nothing... Best case scenario it's a dog running lose, worst case scenario it's a bear or a guy or something... We went in and got a flashlight and Carrie grabbed my broom and we went walking out to her truck armed! Well, sort of armed. lol Before this I had looked under her truck from the steps and she was like do you see anything? I was like no... Then she was like 'are you sure?' Me: Well, not really... I know, they'll be this boney hand reaching out from under your truck... and Carrie was like 'GAH! Don't say that!' lol
So anyway, we walked out to her truck, she unlocked the door on the passenger side, gave me the broom, said 'I'll call you tomorrow!' very fast and closed the door, and then I scampered back into the porch. lol
Technically, I wasn't scared, but it was kind of funny. I was possibly worried that there was a bear somewhere off in the dark, but Carrie was spooked over the movie. lol
I'm glad Carrie is home. n.n
