Also I'm currently thinking of new things I could try. I would like to think of some new type of excercises to add to what I do already. But I'm not sure of what I want to do. I can't do anything that involves me putting my wieght on my wrists (think push-ups here), I used to do them but now I don't know if I can. Crawling and putting my wieght on my wrists seems to put me in a world of hurt, so I would say that isn't a good idea. Also I used to weight train, and I did a lot of arm excercises, but that also puts strain on the wrists. They started bothering me when I was increasing the weight I was doing when I was taking my advanced weight training class last spring. I just thought it was because I had weak wrists. I -was- trying to keep up with the guys. I was lifting fairly heavy amounts. *nods*
I haven't done that for a while, because I haven't had time to go to the weight room while on campus. Plus I don't know what I'd do anymore if I went there. I pretty much was concentrating on upper body stuff, and much of that I don't think I should do anymore. Personally I think it's a waste of time for me to use the leg machines. I do tons of walking/dancing/etc, my legs are in fine shape. :P Pretty much I don't want to over-do it with my legs you know? They get plenty of excercise on a regular basis. So what would be left for me there? o.O I think they have one ab machine. I'm not going to go thru all the trouble of going to the weight room to use one machine.
Next semester I'm going to go up to the SDC to swim. As of now, I don't have any gym classes next semester, so I can go to the free swim times (no classes using the pool) I think. It's going to be weird to have no PE classes next semester though. Usually I have 2 per semester. :P I could still sign up for one or two if I really wanted though, if I could find something that would fit into my scedule and was something that I actually wanted to do.

But that doesn't help me right now. I want to think of things I can do at home. I've tried yoga before, maybe I can start that up again. Or maybe pilates. Maybe both. o.O;

I want to try kick-boxing like whoah. But I don't have a heavy bag (punching bag? how would I put it...). I want a heavy bag so much. o.O It would beat punching/kicking the refridgerator when angry.

I used to do 300 sit-ups a day (I'm not kidding! I was slightly obessive) but I sort of stopped doing that a while ago. I should start doing that again. It would help if when I did that the dog didn't come sticking his nose in my face. lol :P

Ok, yeah, this is a random rambling post. Anyone have any suggestions though?
