Yeah, I haven't updated in a bit. I've been so busy actually! Doing fun things! A few days ago I went down my bff's camp by the lake and went waterskiing, and just generally goofing off and I spent the night there. It was fun. :)
Also, I've been going to the beach a lot! The water has finally warmed up! Not that it's *warm*, it's never really warm, but cool in a way that you can still feel your limbs while in it. hehehe Today I went down my gramma's camp and I swam for almost 4 hours. xD I don't have the sort-of nickname of Fish for nothing. xD And no, my definition of swimming doesn't include wading around in the water or laying out on the beach. It's -swimming-. lol
I'm getting another dog tomorrow, it's going to be a chihuaua. I haven't actually seen it yet, but she says that it's a purebred (not that I care, I actually prefer mutts) but it's not a little one, it's a bit bigger. I'd prefer that, I'd prefer it to be less fragile. o.O; The reason we're getting this dog is because Gesundtiet is my dog, and my lil brother wants one for himself too. And since we can't afford another big dog he's going for a little dog (and he wants a lil dog, if anyone has seen the movie 'Good Boy' he's totally in love with Nelly the italian greyhound). We went to the animal shelter here and we couldn't *find* a little dog. We could hardly find any medium dogs! There were about 30 dogs total and they were all horses! Except for 2 dogs that were smaller, smaller as in about the same size as my dog! There was one old crabby female something I can't remember, and one old male beagle. We were considering the beagle, but he's an old dog, he's not neutered and we'd have to get him neutered, and we have no idea if Gesunt will get along with him. So we came back from the shelter disappointed (and the chances of finding a different small dog at our shelter is slim to none...) I suggested to mom to call her friend Richard to see if he'd know of anyone giving away a dog. (he's a big animal person) So she did, and he did know of someone! This woman was trying to find a home for the last puppy from her Chi litter, he's about 9 months old now and almost all white. She said that he's $300... unless she can find him someone who'll give him a good home. Which we will of course, and since we're friends with Richard we come well recommended. hehehe She had never intended on keeping him, but she seems to have run out of ppl interested in buying a Chi pup for $300, and since he's technically no longer a puppy I don't think she's going to find anyone either. So we're picking him up tomorrow. His name is Charlie. ^^
Oh, and we have had a Chi dog already, his name was Spike. ^^ That was a while ago now though.
In other news... *kicks neopets* Arg, work damn you! I want to zap my lab pets so I can go to bed, and before it's considered tomorrow by NST. xP
Yeah, there are other things I could write, but I'm a lazy bum. And my wrists are bothering me now. :P
