So a bit before Halloween me and Scottie started playing Bioshock 2. I went the guns/sneaky plasmids/summons route and saved every Little Sister. I also ended up saving all the characters that I could have killed, partly because I'm a big softie. Scottie went the Drill Specialist route (low cost plasmids, no guns, high power drill!) as well as completely evil since that was the exact opposite of what I was doing. Gets us some different story and a different ending. He harvested every Little Sister and killed all the optional characters. I got the good-good ending, he got the bad-bad ending. I think with my rolling saves I can get the neutral ending, but I'm not going to do that right now.
We decided to change gears, and started playing Kirby's Epic Yarn. OMG IT IS SO CUTE. And it's a natural two player game, which is AWESOME. There seriously aren't enough of those, so I am so glad we got it!
I've also started to play Star Ocean: The Last Hope, which I wasn't sure about at first. The battle mechanics seemed a bit odd when I started, but I did get used to them. Well, sort of. I don't like playing with the main character and that's who you start fighting with, but once I switched the leader to Riemi I started having much more fun. I think she just suits my play style better.
