I'm working today, I'm doing sunset plover monitoring tonight, and I did sunset plover monitoring on Thursday. I'll do sunrise plover monitoring tomorrow, and do plover outreach tomorrow at 10.
I liked the University of Delaware. Dover was ok. My potential professor is intense but nice, and apparently will fight for funding for his grad students which I have been advised is a FANTASTIC trait in an adviser. I wouldn't get a full tuition waiver however, which sucks. I'll find out in about 2-3 weeks if the professor thinks I'm a good fit.
I'm still looking. I've had two interviews for biology jobs in the last couple days.
I am still tired by my trip. Sunday I spent the entire day on a train, the next three days in the field and that third night on the train. I don't sleep on trains either. So I arrived at 10 am in Wells, went to work at noon for sunset plover monitoring, got home from work at 10:30 pm, got to sleep at 11 pm, went to work yesterday and today, and get a day off next Saturday.
