I'd probably still grab him ASAP, but I don't think he's going to be as rare as Skull Shores Gil or anything. I'm seeing a lot more of him.
I keep telling myself that I don't need anywhere near as many of the ghouls as I keep buying but when I see them in person, they're just so cute.
