lol, it's probably the same game! I have it for the PS3 but it's also available for the PC. (There's also an older game in the series that is only for the PC, but I'm assuming your friend was playing this game which was it's sequel).

I do think that it's a fun (albeit disturbing) game outside of my frustration with the battle system! Scottie wasn't as frustrated by it though so it's certainly not unplayable. I'm much more forgiving of that aspect now though because I got some DLC for it that makes the battles less frustrating. lol
